Teams with Guests

  • Review Guests within Teams Attestation

When enabled Attestation policy <Classification> Teams with Guests will review all Guests within a team with a specific classification (Internal, Confidential, …) and will create attestation case for the owner to review each Guest individually.

The Owner has the ability to keep Guests as members of the team or remove it individually and/or in bulk. When all decisions are taken the attestation case is closed and history is kept for future reference.

Review Guests within Teams Attestation #

1.Go to Governance

2.Click on Attestations

3.Select the My Pending Attestations tab

4.Filter the grid selecting Review Guest Team and click Search

5.Click on Actions or on “…” to review the details of the case

6.You can take individual actions selecting the check-mark or the X icons on the Actions column

7.Bulk actions are also available, Select Delete All to remove all Guests or Approve All to Keep Guests.

Combination of individual actions and bulk decisions can be made. i.e. Approve one Guest individually and following by Delete All will maintain the approved Guest in the team and all the other are removed. Delete one Guest or more individually followed by bulk action Approve All also works, delete Guests are removed and the remaining list of Guests are approved.

Note: The actions are not reversible and may take several minutes to reflect in your Tenant.
