We sometimes don’t remember that we have created a Team for a specific project or incident and that Team is now inactive for a long period of time. Using the My Inactive Teams business insight gives you the ability to review the Teams that do not have activity for a long time and take actions on it by archiving or deleting them.
1. Go to Governance
2. Click on My Inactive Teams tile
3. Review the teams that are inactive based on your administrative settings
4. Trash can icon deletes the Team after confirmation and Box icon archives it.
