Enable ezTeam to review members of your team and compare it against your policy. Based on the settings, non-compliant users discovered are removed automatically or owners are notified thorugh chat for a manual decision.
1.Open Team Manager
2.Click on Team Policy
3.Select the team you want to add a new policy
4.Use the query builder to add the criteria you want ezTeam to evaluate the members of the team
5.Choose the action “Warn when policy is violated” or “Remove non-compliant users”
6.Choose the frequency you want ezTeam to validate your Team
Note: “Remove non-compliant users” option will remove members of your team automatically in case they don’t match.
