2.Initial Setup

Now you have your trial or subscription activated, ezTeam will redirect you to Settings for initial configuration of the tool while running backend tasks to get to know your environment better!

You can skip this step and review later, but that is a good opportunity to add your peers to help you on the administration of your Teams environment with the easy of use of ezTeam.

Initial Backend Tasks #

As soon as your database is created and ready to go ezTeam will scan you tenant seeking for Microsoft Teams information in order to give you detailed and important insights about your tenant. Those tasks might take several hours to complete depending on the size of your tenant. So we recommend taking the time to configure the settings while ezTeam does the hard work of knowing more about your environment.

What are the initial tasks? #

•Team crawler: responsible for reading informations such as Teams and its Owners and Members.

•Activity crawler: responsible for collecting last activities for your Teams
