When enabled Team Policy checks the criteria set for each Team and validates its members. In case the member is not compliant with the policy the Team Owner (or SuperAdmin) can specify ezTeam to perform either a warning message via Action card with option to Keep or remove all non-compliant members or to automatically remove the non-compliant members.
Both actions register an entry in the Teams journal for future reference. The journal keeps who, when, the action and the criteria used at the time of the action.
1.Go to Settings
2.Click on Team Policy
3.Select the Team you want to apply a policy or review the journal
NOTE: Red open locker icon the Team does not have an active policy, green closed locker icon is used for Teams with active policy
1.Click on the Locker icon
2.Click Add Rule and/or AddGroup to build you criteria
3.Select an action
4.Specify the frequency that ezTeam should check the group
1.Click on Journal tab
2.review individual actions and its criteria by clicking View Rule
3.View rule will show in red what parameter in the criteria the user failed
1.Click Delete button
