ezTeam utilizes Microsoft SSO (site) in case you have to authenticate in your mobile that means you are not logged in anywhere else, the SSO would identify that you’re logged in on Desktop or WebBrowser Teams App and would “auto” sign you in.
In case you’re are try to authenticate and ezTeam does not let you in when using Web Browser please try the following:
1.in your browser, go to settings
2.Clear Local Storage, Session Storage cache for https://ezteam.enterprizid.com
3.Clear Cookies for https://ezteam.enterprizid.com
4.Try to login again
