ezTeam utilizes Microsoft SSO (site) in case you have to authenticate in your mobile that means you are not logged in anywhere else, the SSO would identify that you’re logged in on Desktop or WebBrowser Teams App and would “auto” sign you in.
In case you’re are try to authenticate and ezTeam does not let you in please try the following:
1.Logoff on Microsoft Teams Mobile app 2.Clear cache on your mobile device for the Microsoft Teams App. 3.Try to connect again
In case the suggested steps above does not fix the issue for you we would recommend:
1.Uninstalling the Microsoft Teams app 2.Install it again (This method has fixed every time we reproduce the cache issue with Microsoft Teams mobile app)
If all the above does not fix your issue that could means two things:
1.Your tenant does not have a active subscription with EnterprizID for ezTeam, in this case our sales team can help you contact 2.Some technical problems with our API’s in this case please contact support through support ticket or using our contact
