I’ve just created my account and Governance tab does not show any value

ezTeam does rely on its backend jobs to collect data about your tenant, we refer to those jobs as crawlers. ezTeam needs the crawlers to finish processing information so that we can filter and analyze the data before we populate the insights for you.

There nine backend jobs (crawlers) that are executed in a specific order to collect the required information about your tenant. The core crawlers are automatically created by the job RegisterTenantJobs that runs on a hourly basis. If you have just created your account and still don’t see any value about your organization on ezTeam it might be the case that the crawlers were not created yet or haven’t been executed yet. Give it couple hours before checking again. The core jobs usually can take 90min to show initial values (it can be way sooner than that, matter of minutes but depends on the cycle of the RegisterTenantJobs).
