Inactive Teams

When enabled Attestation policy Review Inactive Teams will review all Teams in your tenant seeking for those that are inactive based on the settings you have under your configuration. Teams without activity in the past X days (depends on your configuration you can review it here) will have an individual case create for its owner to decide to keep or archive it. When the decision is made the attestation case is closed and history is kept for future reference.

Review Inactive Teams #

1.Go to Governance

2.Click on Attestations

3.Select the My Pending Attestations tab

4.Filter the grid selecting Review Inactive Teams and click Search

5.Click on Actions or on “…” to review the details of the case

6.Selecting Keep it button will close the attestation case without further actions, selecting Archive it will archive the team.
