Team’s owners sometimes have it created but them end up never using or that were useful for a specific moment and now that team is left behind with no activity. Using the Inactive Teams business insight you can review the Teams that does not have activity for a long time and take actions on it by archiving or deleting them on behalf Team’s owners.
1.Go to Governance
2.Click on Inactive Teams tile
3.Review the teams that are inactive based on your configuration
4.Trash can icon deletes the Team after confirmation and Box icon archives it.
Only members of IT Admin or Super Admin roles can see this tile
