Orphan Teams #

If you are a Super Admin or IT Admin of your company you will have access to this function/Tile within ezTeam where we aggregate all the Teams of your organization that are considered orphan. When clicking on the tile in ezTeam you can see the list of Teams and review the ownership of the Team as well as membership

Inactive Teams #

If you are Super Admin or IT Admin you will have access to this tile where we bring all the Teams of your organization that are considered Inactive. Opening the tile you will have access to the list of inactive Teams so that you can take actions to delete or archive them.

My Inactive Teams #

This tile brings a list of Teams that you own and are considered inactive. Opening the tile you will have access to the list of inactive Teams so that you can take actions to delete or archive them.

My Teams without Members #

Brings the list of Teams that you own without members. Opening the tile you will have access to the list of Teams so that you can take actions to delete or archive them.

My Teams with Guests #

Brings the list of Teams you own with Guests. Opening the tile you will have access to the list of Teams so that you can take actions to review and remove Guests.

My Teams with Shared Links #

Brings the list of Teams you own where external shared links are active. Opening the tile you will have access to the list of Teams so that you can take actions to review and remove external shared links.
