To get started with your life-cycle management for Teams you might want to create approval workflows to help mitigate the teams sprawl giving visibility of what is happening within your tenant but keeping the end-user ability to create the teams that they need.
Approval workflows are linked to templates that later can be used in the new team request creation process. You can have as many workflows as you want and each template can use different workflows, giving you the flexibility and control that is needed for different types of teams.
1.Go to Settings
2.Select Approval Workflow tab
3.Click on the plus icon to get the workflow builder activated
4.Enter the name for the workflow
5.Configure the steps accordingly by dragging and dropping the configurable steps
6.Configure the steps if needed
7.Save your new workflow
8.Confirm your action and the screen will refresh as soon as your workflow is saved to the database
3.Find the workflow you want to adjust and click on the pencil icon to open the workflow on the workflow builder
4.Adjust your workflow accordingly and save your changes. If you have selected a workflow by mistake click cancel to discard any modifications
3.Find the workflow you want to delete and click on the trash can to deactivate the workflow
4.Confirm your action
5.The screen will refresh and the workflow icon will change from a green circle to a red X
6.You can hide disabled workflows by using the toggle button “SHOW DELETED WORKFLOWS”
3.Make sure the toggle button “SHOW DELETED WORKFLOWS” is enabled
4.Find the workflow you want to reactivate and click on the pencil icon
5.Adjust your workflow accordingly and save your changes. If you have selected a workflow by mistake click cancel to discard any modifications
6.Confirm your action
7.The screen will refresh and the workflow will have its icon changed to a green circle to indicate the workflow is active again
