In case you are trying to add a new workflow to your organization and after you save it the loading indicator seems to be stuck it might indicate a problem with your subscription overage calculation.
Try to refresh the screen to see if the new workflow shows up, if not, try to add the workflow again since that problem might have been caused by connection issues.
If you see the workflow after reloading the page please contact or sales department or create a ticket for further investigation.
