1.Activating the Tool

We say activating the tool because there’s no installation! ezTeam is a SaaS solution ready to go!

ezTeam is developed in a multi-tenant database that means each customer have your own database to segregate data and increase security by not having anything shared between our customers.

Our backend consist of multiple servers configured for high-availability and load balancing running on Azure DataCenters.

Activate Trial #

When opening the tool for the first time, the ezTeam bot should greet you and guide you to start using ezTeam.

1.Click Let’s get Started or click on Home tab at the top of your Teams app.
2.Sign In with your Microsoft credentials.
3.Once authenticated, ezTeam will search for your tenant in our catalog database, if not records are found your database will be created automatically within minutes.
4.You will see the landing page (Home) and “coaching bubbles” will guide you through the next steps. Go to settings
5.Accept the Terms of use and Privacy Policy before proceeding
6.Give both Admin and Deletegated permissions (Note: delegated permissions requires elevated privileges in your Tenant to be consent)
7.Wait for your environment to be set up.
8.ezTeam will keep you updated about the activation process, at the end you should see the days remaining on the top of the tool, when that happens your activation was successful.

Sign up for monthly or annual subscription #

1.Click Subscribe
2.Choose the package and payment method

3.Enter the contact details for the person responsible for the subscriptions

4.Confirm the details and click subscribe

5.A pop-up would open to complete the transaction if using credit card as your payment method

6.Wait for your environment to be set up.

7.ezTeam at the end of your environment set up will redirect you to Settings Tab
