3.Admin Rights

The user with the tenant elevated privileges is added automatically as Super Admin and cannot be removed to avoid having a “orphan” ezTeam. We understand that sometime the Tenant administrator is not the Teams administrator so we have created the Roles to help assign privileges to the correct people that will in fact manage Teams and ezTeam.

Roles #

•Super Admin: Have access to all features of the tool including the ability to review the open attestation cases to identify who is responsible for open cases as well as modify the admin rights.

•IT Admin: Similar accesses as Super Admin but cannot manage subscriptions, admin rights, and cannot see all attestation cases tab under governance. Designed with the idea of the new Shadow IT where we have fewer people doing more and most of the cases outsources companies are hired to help manage the environment.
